Below, you’ll find our core services:
Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy

We offer therapy for a wide range of needs — from anxiety and depression to a desire for deeper self-understanding. Drawing on a variety of approaches, we tailor our work to your goals, patterns, and challenges.

ACC-Funded Therapy

ACC-Funded Therapy

We are registered providers under ACC’s Sensitive Claims pathway. If you’ve experienced sexual abuse or harm, you may be eligible for funded therapy — no referral required.

Personal Development & Growth

Personal Development & Growth

Therapy isn’t just for when things go wrong. Many people come to explore themselves more deeply, gain perspective, and make intentional shifts in how they live, lead, and relate.

Couples Therapy

Couples Therapy

Whether you’re facing conflict, distance, or relational pain, couples therapy provides a space to rebuild trust, improve communication, and strengthen your connection.

Group Therapy

Group therapy offers a supportive space to explore your experience alongside others. Facilitated by skilled therapists, groups provide connection, reflection, and shared insight.

Psychological Assessments & Reports

We offer comprehensive diagnostic assessments that include clinical interviews, psychometric testing, and detailed written reports — ideal for personal, legal, or professional use.

Who We Are

We’re a team of psychologists, psychotherapists, and counsellors working across three Hawke’s Bay locations.

What unites us is a shared belief in the power of therapy to bring real, lasting change — not just symptom relief, but deeper understanding, fuller living, and more connected relationships.

We draw on a wide range of approaches — from psychodynamic and relational therapy to EMDR, movement-based work, and creative modalities. Whatever the method, our work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for the people we sit with.
